Paid Request (Guaranteed Coverage) The advantage to securing a paid request is it guarantees your athlete will be photographed with a variety of images to choose from. Generally you will have a minimum of 15-25 images to choose from providing your athlete has adequate playing time. If we can't meet our target images goals you will be entitled to a refund or credit toward your photo order. Many of our paid requests are from parents who are looking for a variety of images for us to create a custom products (Sports Poster, Athlete Profiles, CD's.) All paid requests also receive a 20% discount on there online order.

Non-Paid Request (Coverage Not Guaranteed) This type of request is offered in case we have additional staff or when we various open windows of time during our coverage. Sometimes we can arrange for coverage if a team mom or team manager forwards us a detailed list of multiple athletes to photographed on a particular team. Due to logistics of multiple tournament site locations, our coverage can be limited, but every effort is made to accommodate as many requests as possible. Please be sure to choose non-paid option when filling out a photo request form.

Game Photo Requests F8 offers guaranteed game coverage of a specific game as per a coach, team manager or team parent. This game choice will be the team’s option, but be sure to contact the studio with 10 days prior notice. When this happens we require the roster of all athletes with their jersey numbers. This will help insure as much coverage of each athlete on the team. This options also includes (12) free 5x7 team photos and 20% discount on all custom design sports posters. All photos will be online within 24 hours. Game Photo Request Fee: $89.00

This game choice will be the team’s option, but be sure to contact the studio before tournament photo deadline expires. We require a full roster of all athletes with their jersey numbers. This will help insure as much coverage of each athlete on the team. This options also includes (12) free 5x7 team photos. All photos will be online within 24 hours. Tournament Game Coverage Request Fee: $89.00

Tournament Team CD of Game In an attempt to offer a master CD of all images shot of a particular game, F8 has worked out an option with its vendor lab to offer a master CD of all game images. This would allow for multiple uses. Copies can be made for your parents so they have the ability to print on their own or use their local photo service. In addition this can also be used to create a slide show at your year-end banquet. This option requires a full roster of player’s names and jersey numbers so we can adequately cover all of your players. We photograph between 275-350 images per game. If you prefer us to burn additional copies of the master CD there is a charge of $5.00 per copy. Tournament Team CD Fee: $175.00 Coverage of (2) games:       $250.00
